Oh so this is my second, completed My Little Pony Mod.
I chose HellBoy as the character to to change the pony to as hes one of my favourite charcaters and i knew it would make a good pony mod.

I used air drying clay to sculpt his right "club" arm and horns, i also scupted his belt by hand and his little gun. I then make a beaded crusafix for his left arm. I hand painted his logo on his hind and sealed it all. I sculpted his tail using fimo and gave it a wire centre for stability....i think thats everything....
